WE ARE HIRING - TEACHING STAFF

We are looking for passionate, dedicated and qualified early childhood educators to join our preschool team.

We invite applications from Montessori-trained and ECE-certified candidates who have a genuine interest in early childhood education, classroom management and nurturing young learners.

OPEN POSITIONS

1. Main Teachers - 2 Vacancies

Educational Qualifications:

- Montessori Training Certification.

- Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certification.

- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) will be preferred.

Experience:

- Prior preschool teaching experience preferred.

- Experience handling children between and 6 years is an advantage.

- Freshers with recognised Montessori/ECE training may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.

- Handle Playgroup, Nursery, LKG and UKG classes.

- Implement Montessori-based teaching methods and early learning practices.

- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities and learning materials.

- Monitor children's developmental, social, emotional and academic progress.

- Maintain a safe, clean and engaging classroom environment.

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress.

- Coordinate with assistant teachers to ensure smooth classroom functioning.

- Participate in school events, celebrations and parent interactions.

Additional Leadership Responsibility:

Candidates with relevant experience and leadership capabilities may be entrusted with additional responsibilities as Centre Head-in-Charge in the Centre Head's absence.

This includes:

- Supervising daily preschool operations.

- Coordinating and guiding teaching and support staff.

- Managing classroom arrangements and staff allocation.

- Ensuring discipline, safety and smooth functioning of the centre.

- Handling routine parent queries and staff coordination.

- Taking responsibility for day-to-day centre management when required.

Candidates considered for this responsibility should demonstrate strong communication, leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.

2. Assistant Teachers - 2 Vacancies

Educational Qualifications:

- Montessori Training / ECE / ECCE certification preferred.

- Candidates with relevant early childhood education training are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

- Prior experience in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred.

- Freshers with a genuine interest in working with young children may apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist main teachers in daily classroom activities.

- Support children during learning sessions, playtime and activity periods.

- Assist with Montessori materials and classroom preparation.

- Help children with personal care, hygiene, meals and other daily routines.

- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.

- Ensure children's safety and well-being throughout the school day.

- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organise learning materials.

- Support teachers during school events and celebrations.

- Assist with daycare routines and child supervision when assigned.
