About the role:
The primary job of a Mobile Engineer is to address customers mobile handset related issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
Responsibilities: Handling walk-in customer with handset related issues.
Repair all kind types of Oppo mobile handset.
Coordinate with the Service team and the management team.
Handling customer related issue for claim & replacement policy.
Should have 12th or graduation degree in any stream.
Should have a good knowledge about the mobile handset.
Able to handle customer queries related to mobile handset
Should have good technical knowledge about the mobile handset (IMEI, RS CABLE, Mobile Features, and RAM & ROM etc.)
