we are looking for a skilled and experienced iphone mobile technician (level 3, 4) to join our technical team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining iphone devices, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. this role requires hands-on experience with apple mobile devices, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of smartphone hardware and software.
key responsibilities:
diagnose and repair iphone hardware and software issues, including:
screen and battery replacements
charging port repairs
camera, speaker, and microphone replacements
water damage treatment
ios software troubleshooting and updates
use diagnostic tools to identify technical faults accurately.
ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
maintain a clean and organized workstation.
provide excellent customer service and explain technical issues in simple terms.
handle inventory of spare parts and tools responsibly.
keep records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
stay updated on new iphone models and repair techniques.
requirements:
high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred (., apple certified ios technician �� acit).
proven experience repairing iphones and other apple devices.
strong knowledge of smartphone hardware, tools, and repair procedures.
ability to troubleshoot software and connectivity issues.
excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
good communication and customer service skills.
ability to work independently and as part of a team.
detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
preferred qualifications:
experience with other mobile brands (samsung, huawei, etc.) is a plus.
familiarity with apple diagnostics and repair software.
experience working in a mobile phone repair center or similar environment.
