Job Responsibilities

Perform data entry for different kinds of data - Sales, Purchase, Accounts etc.

Keeping a track of all the orders on a daily basis.

Taking approvals from the customers for the orders before sending it to the production team and Getting MOQ's approval from Management.

Sending orders to the production team in a timely manner and in the specific set format.

Sending backorders received from Order team to production team on time and taking follow ups and ensuring these are sent asap.

Taking care of communication with all the involved parties.

Liasoning with the Accounts department for any Invoicing to be done.

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate/Diploma Holder from a reputed college or university.

Minimum Experience of 1 Year as a Data Entry Operator

Good Data Management skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

Must have good knowledge of MS Excel formulas.

Experience : 2 - 3 Years
