Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Maintain and update Excel dashboards and databases
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
Automate repetitive reporting tasks using formulas/macros
Coordinate with different departments for data requirements
Prepare presentations and summaries for management
Monitor KPIs and highlight performance gaps
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
Basic understanding of databases and data management
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with tools like Power BI / Tableau (preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication and coordination skills
