Mining Supervisor Fresher

We are looking for a Mining Supervisor to oversee mining operations in Asansol. This role is suitable for freshers who are interested in beginning their career in the mining industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervise Mining Activities:** Oversee daily mining operations, ensuring that all tasks are performed effectively and safely. This includes directing workers and managing equipment.

- **Ensure Safety Protocols:** Implement and monitor safety procedures to protect workers and minimize environmental impact. This involves regular safety checks and training sessions.

- **Manage Worker Performance:** Evaluate the performance of workers and provide guidance and support to help them improve their skills and productivity.

- **Conduct Equipment Inspections:** Regularly check mining equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and safely. Report any issues or needed repairs to maintain operational efficiency.

- **Maintain Records:** Keep detailed records of mining operations, including production reports and safety incidents, to comply with regulations and company policies.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should be a 12th-grade pass and male. A strong understanding of basic mining operations and safety procedures is beneficial. Good communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be responsible for guiding a team and providing instructions clearly. You should be able to work in a physically demanding environment and be comfortable in an office setting when managing records and reports. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in mining is also expected.
