Job Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding (GMAW) on mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.

Setup and operate welding machines and related tools.

Inspect and prepare materials before welding.

Carry out multi-pass and positional welding (flat, vertical, horizontal, overhead).

Check weld quality visually and correct defects if needed.

Follow company’s safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Requirements:

Proven experience in MIG welding (manual or semi-automatic)

Knowledge of welding wires, shielding gases, and machine settings

Ability to read blueprints/drawings and work independently

Certified Welder (preferred)

Good physical strength and attention to detail
