set up and operate mig welding equipment, selecting appropriate filler metals, wire electrodes, and gases.

adjust amperage, voltage, gas flow rate, and wire feed speed.

perform welding operations to join metal parts.

inspect and test welds for quality and adherence to standards.

maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe working environment.

additional skills:

knowledge of different welding techniques (mig, tig, stick, etc.).

understanding of metallurgy and material properties.
