Responsibilities :

1. Create and execute MicroStrategy project design, architecture, reports, and dashboards.

2. Perform end-to-end activities analysis, design, development, implementation and support tasks.

3. Perform analysis & development to create MicroStrategy schema objects, reports & reporting services documents.

4. Convert business requirements into functional specifications and implement optimal reports/dashboards that fit the business requirement.

5. Assist in testing and defect fixing.

6. Produce technical design documentation.

7. Proactively identify potential issues and/or provide recommendations to business users to optimally leverage MicroStrategy for driving business decision-making.

8. Lead/assist in upgrading/migrating legacy reporting to MicroStrategy.

Requirements :

1. A bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science, or information technology.

2. 3+ years of experience in MicroStrategy reports and dashboard development and maintenance.

3. Strong expertise in MicroStrategy Web and iPad Application development.

4. Hands-on with Oracle / SQL Server DB.

5. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

8. Sound understanding of coding and development processes.

9. Experience with working in an agile development setup.
