Merchandiser (3-0 Years)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Moradabad. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing product selections and ensuring that inventory is displayed effectively to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Conduct research to understand current market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to make informed merchandising decisions.

- Product Selection: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to choose a range of products that align with customer expectations and brand identity.

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast inventory needs, and ensure products are restocked in a timely manner to prevent shortages.

- Visual Merchandising: Design attractive product displays and layouts to create an appealing shopping experience for customers.

- Sales Analysis: Analyze sales reports to evaluate product performance and make recommendations for future purchasing strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote merchandise and align merchandising efforts with overall business goals.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a Master’s degree, a Post Graduate Diploma, or an ./PGDM or . Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting market data and sales reports. Excellent communication skills will help in collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not mandatory. A keen eye for detail and creativity in visual presentation will contribute to the success in this role. Familiarity with inventory management systems is an asset.
