o handle email correspondence with buyers.

o work on inquiries, pricing, and order confirmations.

o maintain professional communication with clients.

• communication & documentation:

o arrange and attend meetings with buyers.

o build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.

• order & production coordination:

o understand buyer requirements, specifications, and compliance needs.

o coordinate with suppliers for trims, fabrics, and accessories.

o ensure smooth order execution from sampling to bulk production.

• follow-up & execution:

o regular follow-ups with production teams to ensure timely deliveries.

o monitor and track order progress, addressing any delays or quality concerns.

o ensure proper documentation and shipment coordination.
