Job Description:

* Monitor and coordinate MEP works at site with contractors and clients

* Review MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications

* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and MIS using Excel

* Track work progress, quantities, and basic cost-related data

* Have to work on Billing for MEP.

* Ensure Electrical and Fire works are executed as per drawings.

* Attend site meetings and support PMC reporting requirements.
