Salary: 10,000 15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Care

Conduct mental health consultations with empathy and professionalism

Understand emotional and psychological concerns and recommend suitable wellness programs

Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards

Program Explanation & Enrollment

Explain mental wellness programs, therapy structures, and outcomes clearly

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries professionally

Follow up with prospective clients and manage ethical enrollments

Achieve assigned consultation and enrollment targets responsibly

Coordination & Operations

Coordinate with psychologists, therapists, and internal teams

Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates

Participate in internal training on ethics, consultation skills, and mental health practices

English: Mandatory

Hindi & Bengali: Preferred

Educational Qualification

Masters Degree in:

o Psychology

o Clinical Psychology

o Counseling

o Social Work

o or related field

(This qualification ensures ethical and clinical understanding of mental health consultations.)

Strong interpersonal and empathetic approach

Emotional intelligence and professionalism

Ability to work with structured targets ethically

Comfortable using digital tools (Zoom, CRM, MS Office)
