Client Consultation & Care

ï¿½ï¿½ Understand emotional and psychological concerns and recommend suitable wellness programs

ï¿½ï¿½ Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards

Program Explanation & Enrollment

ï¿½ï¿½ Explain mental wellness programs, therapy structures, and outcomes clearly

ï¿½ï¿½ Handle inbound and outbound inquiries professionally

ï¿½ï¿½ Follow up with prospective clients and manage ethical enrollments

ï¿½ï¿½ Achieve assigned consultation and enrollment targets responsibly

Coordination & Operations

ï¿½ï¿½ Coordinate with psychologists, therapists, and internal teams

ï¿½ï¿½ Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates

ï¿½ï¿½ Participate in internal training on ethics, consultation skills, and mental health practices
