Melting Supervisor (2-3 Years)

K9HR SOlUTIONS, Nidhi Jethva(HR Manager - Mo. No. | Email ID : ) is looking for a Melting Supervisor manages daily foundry floor operations, overseeing metal melting furnaces and molding lines to meet production goals safely and efficiently.

Supervise Melting Operations: Oversee induction furnaces, charge mix preparation, alloy composition, and pouring practices to ensure high-quality molten metal.

Manage Moulding Lines: Direct high-pressure moulding lines (HPML), green sand or furan processes, core setting, and machine parameters.

Control Quality and Scrap: Monitor output to minimize casting defects, reduce scrap rates, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Manage Manpower: Allocate shift work, train operators and helpers, and enforce workplace safety regulations.

Coordinate Teams: Work closely with the quality control, core shop, and maintenance departments to troubleshoot equipment and resolve production bottlenecks.

Maintain Workplace Standards: Uphold 5S, housekeeping, and safety protocols across the shop floor.
