Job Responsibilities include:
Meeting Doctors to promote the company's range of products in the territory and generate secondary sales
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with doctors, medical staff and supporting administrative staff.
Achieve sales goals monthly/quarterly/annually.
Conversion of Doctor & retain and upgrade important DRs list regularly.
To ensure availability of products at retail level.
To meet on Daily basis - Doctors and retailers.
To follow administrative system of organization.
Should Provide market information (competition, potential and market data)
Meeting retail chemists to make sure that the company's products through POB are easily available for patients
Develop strategies to build the customer base and improve sales numbers
Required Candidate Profile:
Should be Confident, Vibrant, Self Motivated, and Enthusiastic & Career Oriented.
Should be a go-getter and able to make unique sales strategies.
Pharma sales experience In Segments like General , Ortho, Gyanec & Pediatric
Good communication in English and presentation skills
Must be tech-savvy
Willing to work in a start-up
