Job Description

job responsibilities include:

• meeting doctors to promote the company's range of products in the territory and generate secondary sales

• building and maintaining positive working relationships with doctors, medical staff and supporting administrative staff.

• achieve sales goals monthly/quarterly/annually.

• conversion of doctor & retain and upgrade important drs list regularly.

• to ensure availability of products at retail level.

• to meet on daily basis - doctors and retailers.

• to follow administrative system of organization.

• should provide market information (competition, potential and market data)

• meeting retail chemists to make sure that the company's products through pob are easily available for patients

• develop strategies to build the customer base and improve sales numbers

required candidate profile:

• should be confident, vibrant, self motivated, and enthusiastic & career oriented.

• should be a go-getter and able to make unique sales strategies.

• pharma sales experience in segments like general , ortho, gyanec & pediatric

• good communication in english and presentation skills

• must be tech-savvy

• willing to work in a start-up
