The position of sales representative consists of selling healthcare products where technical knowledge is required (ophthalmic segment preferred). We are a leading pharma-surgical distribution brand unlocking seamless supply of healthcare products at clinics and hospitals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
â— Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to clients (healthcare professionals)
â— Liaison with clients (healthcare professionals) through meetings and operation theater attendance to understand product technicalities
â— Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
â— Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
â— Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
â— Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
â— Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements & Skills:
â— Proven work experience (2 - 4 years) as a sales representative/ specialist with a healthcare/ pharma-surgical company or prior experience working with healthcare professionals
â— Highly motivated and target driven; proven track record in sales is a plus
â— Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
â— Sound knowledge of MS Office
◠Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in business or medical or a related field
â— Proficiency in Marathi will be preferred
