Role Overview:
€¢ Market & Partner Strategy:
o Understand the dermatology and aesthetics landscape in Mumbai to identify high-
potential partners.
o Build a targeted network of dermatologists, trichologists, and other relevant
channels who align with our brand and treatment philosophy.
€¢ Partnership Development:
o Lead outreach efforts and introduce Kibo€™s referral model and clinical advantage.
o Strategically position Kibo as the trusted partner for hair transplant referrals by
showcasing our science-led approach and patient outcomes.
o Convert shortlisted dermats and clinics into long-term referral partners.
€¢ Relationship Management & Growth:
o Build strong, trust-based relationships with partnered dermatologists and medical
practitioners.
o Ensure partners remain engaged, informed, and motivated to refer patients.
o Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and enhance referral volumes.
€¢ Brand Representation:
o Serve as a credible ambassador for Kibo Clinics in the medical community.
o Communicate our value proposition, ethical standards, and focus on natural, safe
results.
€¢ Reporting & Insights:
o Provide market insights, partnership performance updates, and strategic
recommendations to leadership.
o Support in refining Kibo€™s B2B partnership model based on field learnings and
ecosystem trends.

€¢ Understanding of dermatology, aesthetics, or hair restoration industry is a plus
