position overview

we are seeking a qualified and motivated medical officer to join our claims scrutiny team. the ideal candidate will review medical claim files, coordinate with internal teams and insurance company managers, and contribute to achieving better claim outcomes through professional and ethical practices.

eligibility:

qualifications: bhms / bams / bds / bpt

experience: 05 years (freshers with good analytical and communication skills are welcome to apply)

key responsibilities:

review and scrutinize medical claim files for accuracy and completeness.

assess medical documentation to ensure compliance with insurance guidelines.

coordinate with internal claim processing teams and insurance company managers.

support in preparing medical justifications and summaries for claim approvals or rejections.

contribute to improving process efficiency and claim quality outcomes.

maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all claim reviews.

skills required:

strong medical knowledge and documentation review skills.

good communication and coordination abilities.

proficiency in ms office and basic computer operations.
