Medical Laboratory Technician

-Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment

- Transport the samples collected to lab

-Sample Receiving, processing, interpretation and reporting (Biochemistry, Immunology, Clinical pathology, serology, Microbiology, Accessioning)

-Daily quality control, instrument handling and maintenance

-Performing routine and advance diagnostics test

-Troubleshooting of equipment’s and Instruments

-Coordination with QA during internal and external audit and compliance as per GLP

-Ensuring Turn-around –time of laboratory test and adhering to it

-Identify bottle necks in work flow that can affect smooth functioning of department and proactively address the issue and inform superiors in time.

-Prepare and maintain SOP for Test as per quality Instructions

-Maintain MIS as per requirement

-Organize and attend Seminar and trainings
