• Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.

• Promote medical furniture (beds, trolleys, OT tables, cabinets, etc.) and equipment (monitors, diagnostic tools, devices).

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Focus on both volume and value of sales.

• Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure deal closures.

• Revenue generated per month

• Identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, references, and digital platforms.

• Convert leads into qualified prospects and close deals.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.

• Handle post-sale service and manage repeat orders.

• Track market trends, competitor pricing, and product offerings.

• Provide actionable insights to marketing and product teams.

• Submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
