6-10 years of experience in IPDRG /Inpatient Medical Coding

Mandatory certification: CPC or CCS

Strong Expertise in Spinal Fusion coding and auditing is mandatory

Candidates working as Buddy Auditors with strong auditing exposure are eligible to apply.

Experience in QA auditing, quality review or coding validation processes.

Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and inpatient coding guidelines.

Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills.

Ability to work independently and manage quality deliverables effectively.
