• Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales.

• Take in-bound calls from US Patients to fix appointments.

• Handle out-bound call to resolves insurance related issues.

• Verify the credentials of health care professionals

• possess Good Understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing) for Providers

• possess Good Knowledge of Us Healthcare Process

• good Understanding of the Complete RCM (revenue Cycle Management) US Medical Billing.

• Denial Management

• Dealing with the Foreign Clients.

Skills and Responsibilities:

Excellent in English Communication (verbal and written).

Candidates Should have the Knowledge of Computer. Typing Speed Should Be 25- 30 Wpm.
