*OBJECTIVES TO THIS ROLE:*

* •Lead development of sponsorship strategies and key performance metrics.

•Identify potential sponsors to determine sponsorship opportunities.

•Developmentl and presentation of sponsorship proposals to stakeholders.

•Manage negotiation of sponsorship agreements.

•Lead market research efforts to identify industry and market trends for the development of sponsorship strategies.

•Review sponsorship performance metrics and key performance indicators.

* *Less than Equal to Rs. 499 – 10% Incentives

*Between Rs. 500 to Rs. 999 – 16% Incentives

* *Between Rs. 1000 to Rs. 1999 – 22% Incentives

*Between Rs. 2000 to Rs. 2999 – 26% Incentives

•A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales Preferred

•Strong verbal, organizational, and written communication skills
