Opening For Mechanical Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter based in Kolkata, India, with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting and assembling mechanical components, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and meets specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembly and Installation: Assemble mechanical components according to engineering specifications and drawings. Ensure that all parts fit correctly and function properly.

2. Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to minimize downtime and enhance performance.

3. Quality Control: Inspect finished products and components for quality and compliance with standards. Make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.

4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including any modifications or repairs made. Report any issues or required changes to management.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other technicians to support projects and improve processes. Share insights and suggestions to enhance overall operation.

Required Skills and Expectations:
