To prepare the bill of materials as per the job request

To ensure stage wise inspection as per QAP is being done in routine and product does not proceed for next stage till inspection for particular stage gets completed.

to report to top management regarding the requirement of instruments for inspection and testing.

To ensure timely calibration of all instruments in factory

To ensure preparation of required gauges, tools, etc. for inspection
