key responsibilities
provide operational and administrative support to the field sales team
prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients
respond promptly and professionally to online and telephone inquiries
coordinate between the sales team and other departments to fulfill customer needs
collect feedback, maintain schedules, and manage documentation
support the team in monitoring sales progress and developing sales strategies
prepare sales reports, performance updates, and improvement suggestions
ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction throughout the process
requirements
experience in sales support / coordination (preferred, not mandatory)
strong computer skills (ms office word, excel, email)
proficiency in english (written & verbal)
excellent communication & interpersonal skills
well-organized, responsible, strong in problem-solving
a dedicated team player
education: be mechanical / diploma mechanical / any graduate with mechanical knowledge
