We are looking for hardworking and responsible Pocket Spring Machine Operators to operate and manage pocket spring manufacturing machines used in mattress production. The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, production monitoring, quality control, and routine machine maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor pocket spring manufacturing machines.

2. Set machine parameters according to required spring specifications.

3. Monitor production quality, including spring height, diameter, tension, and consistency.

4. Ensure continuous production and minimize machine downtime.

5. Identify and troubleshoot basic machine-related issues.

6. Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.

7. Monitor raw materials such as steel wire and non-woven fabric.

8. Maintain daily production records and report machine performance.

9. Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain cleanliness.

10. Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff to achieve production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.

Previous experience operating industrial machinery preferred.

Experience with pocket spring machines will be an added advantage.

Basic understanding of machine settings and mechanical operations.

Ability to identify production defects and troubleshoot basic issues.

Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in shifts.

Freshers with a technical background may also apply.

Experience

Experienced candidates: 1-3 years preferred.

Pocket spring machine operating experience will be given priority.
