Job Purpose:To acquire Personal banking accounts and offer banking solutions.
Key Accountability: The key accountability of the personal banker is to acquire new clients around the branch catchment area and while working closely with the SME team of the bank, build relationship and offer banking solutions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Acquiring new accounts from the branch catchment area
Build a strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME
Cross-sell of banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL etc.
Conduct low-cost micro-marketing activities
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
Graduate/post-graduate.
Prior certification of IRDA & AMFI would be helpful

Must be a good listener and presenter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical Experience and Competencies:
Deep Banking knowledge
Computer Skills and digital knowledge
