internal repeat should not be <=10%; fi report & analysis done by cotech

should maintain 5s process - neat & clean premises; tools & equipment properly arrange

100% tools should be available in tools audit conducted by cotech on monthly basis

read all repair order & complete all work as per customer verbatim / demanded repair; discuss with floor supervisor in case of any additional demanded repair

fulfil all documents as per care sop - repair order; vehicle inspection sheet
