Job Summary:

We are hiring skilled and experienced Masons to carry out brickwork, block work, plastering, and other masonry tasks for our ongoing construction projects. Candidates must be capable of reading basic drawings and working independently or in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform brick/block/stone masonry work as per design and site requirements.

Mix mortar or cement and prepare the surface for laying bricks or stones.

Execute plastering (internal & external) with proper finishing.

Level and align structures using plumb lines and levels.

Lay tiles, stones, or concrete blocks as per project needs.

Repair and maintain old masonry structures if required.

Ensure quality, accuracy, and safety during work.

Follow supervisor/engineer instructions and maintain work cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5th–10th pass (not mandatory if experienced).

Minimum 2 years of on-site masonry experience.

Knowledge of different types of brickwork, plaster, and tile-laying.

Skills Required:

Ability to work with tools like trowels, levels, mixers, etc.

Good knowledge of measurements and leveling.

Physically strong and able to work in various weather conditions.

Understanding of construction safety practices.

Working Conditions:

Work at construction sites (residential, commercial, industrial).

May involve working at heights or on scaffolding.

8–10 hour shifts; overtime may be required based on deadlines.
