We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our company as a Marketing Team Leader. As a Marketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals and driving the execution of marketing strategies to achieve our business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.

2. Oversee the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

3. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product management, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. Work closely with the sales team.

4. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Uphold brand guidelines and contribute to the development of brand messaging and positioning.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.

6. Assist the marketing manager in developing and managing the marketing budget. Monitor expenses and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's or master degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.

Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
