Job brief:

• We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, hardworking individuals wanting to make a mark in residential real estate sector. The person would act as a catalyst between sellers and buyers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their career in Residential Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.

• Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects.

• Plan approaches and pitches

• Build relationships with new clients.

• In some cases, Cold calling for sales of Primary properties.

• Achieving written down sales targets by the organization.

• Attending meetings as and when required.

• Participate in Negotiation meeting with buyer & Seller.

• Persons should generate leads through social media and other real estate apps

Leadership skills:

 Coaching the team to significant increase the effectiveness of their conversations with others, with a focus on team leading – whether individual, team, workplace or executive – with a Leadership approach is always about “facilitating positive change by improving thinking”.

 Ability to listen like taking time to what your employees have to say without interrupting and then think about what you want to say before responding.

 An Open Mind that creates trust and respect to employees through which the employees will know their viewpoint, suggestions and feedback are valued.

 Being Flexible to adjust quickly to changing circumstances.

 Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of working in order to achieve better productivity of all the resources including me.
