1. initial tasks:
o understand the core essence of fw and its offering & value proposition to the consumer.
o identify as per freshworld’s mdu policy large apartment complexes and collect complete information as per the building master sheet(bms)
o map the occupants, profile the apartment and obtain details of all management committee members.
o reach out to the apartment owners association (aoa), meet mc members and pitch the freshworld value proposition.
o follow up, provide a smart cart/van demo at the apartment and close out commercials & documentation.
o classify apartment into vending formats basis occupancy.
o identify and familiarize self on mdu mix, vehicle handling and digital components prior to vending.
o maintain harmonious relationships with manager and mc members and key influencers at apartment..
o equip self with learnings of fnv industry, its operations and etc etc
2. marketing activities
o ensure maximum occupants are aware about freshworld activation program
o obtain permission from mdu to rollout freshworld’s activation program.
o provide leafleting support to marketing team.
3. post launch tasks:
o ensure sc reaches mdu location on time
o ensure vending is conducted without any hitch
o liaise with mdu authorities and obtain feedback
o flag off tom /saol on any issues noticed, challenges expected, concerns, support required for the day.
o mapping of required number of mdu's basis fw set identification & shortlisting criteria and as per aop targets
o achievement of mdu mix target and mdu acquisition target
