job profile :
• looking for a qualified candidate who has 8+yrs of proven bench sales experience in the us it staffing.
• comfortable and proficient to take up calls to market bench candidates for 4+ hours
• must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and job hunt as per bench candidates.
• must have good understanding of bench sales and candidate placements on various technologies
• look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, following up
for interview schedules.
• tracking and extensive follow up with vendors through maintaining submissions database, interview coordination, coordination with internal team and maintaining time sheets, etc.
• generate, interact and develop vendors or implementation partners network on daily basis.
• its similar to a bench sales role but its does not have rigid targets,
• you would be directly coordinating with direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors
• you would be marketing our existing fulltime resources who are all gcs, and usa citizens who are on our direct payroll , these are all
our full time employees ,
• there is no h1/l1/f1 marketing involved, also we do not expect you to approach the candidates and bring on our payroll so u dont have to build the bench. u need to only do marketing.
