we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented email marketing intern to join our marketing team. as an intern, you will assist in creating, optimizing, and analyzing email campaigns to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.

key responsibilities:

assist in drafting and scheduling email campaigns using tools like mailchimp, hubspot, or similar platforms

work on email content creation - copy, subject lines, ctas, and design coordination

conduct a/b testing to optimize open and click-through rates

monitor email performance metrics (open rates, ctr, bounce rates, etc.) and suggest improvements

help in segmenting and maintaining the email database to ensure proper targeting

ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices (spam laws, gdpr, etc.)

collaborate with design, sales, and product teams for campaign alignment

conduct competitor research and stay updated with email marketing trends
