Job Description

a. Outbound calls to multiple clients/customers for promoting the products

b. Inbound call handling related to any queries which may be related to Product, prices etc.

c. Records and Data to be maintained and prepared which require knowledge of excel, Microsoft word.

d. Email Handling is also part of the responsibility where emails has to be exchanged with clients which includes introduction emails, answering client queries etc.

e. Contract with candidate to be signed for at least 6 months.
