Education : MBA with 2-4 yrs experience in any Gulf Based Hospital
Organizing Marketing and Promotional Campaigns
Support the team in organizing marketing and promotional activities to increase footfalls of the assigned clinics and hospitals
Support and plan marketing campaigns as per the marketing calendar
Plan and organize resources for launch campaigns as and when new centres are opened
Design in-store promotional activities
Organize medical camps in Corporate, Shopping Malls etc by analyzing the location and scope for business opportunities
Establish and maintain long-term relationship with internal and external stakeholders for a scope of future business
Sales
Support in driving sales from health packages to improve the revenue of assigned unit through regular follow ups with the Unit Operations in charge.
Impart training to Customer Service Executives for promoting and selling the health packages
Conduct business meetings with all internal & external clinicians to increase the client base by referrals
Generate leads through networking
Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of health packages, working with both internal and external stakeholders
Brainstorm and generate new ideas and themes majorly focused on the location and demographics of the setup and coordinate with the operations team to arrange for the required resources
Coordinate with the teams to arrange for collateral
Focus in selling corporate health packages
