Job Description

- Identify and analyze potential clientscommercial buildings, residential societies, hotels, hospitalsthrough market research and competitor analysis

- Develop strategies to generate B2B leads via cold calls, emails, networking, and social media. Pitch bundled service solutions (security + housekeeping + pest control, etc.) to decision-makers

- Create tailored proposals, presentations, and promotional material highlighting service benefits, safety credentials, eco-friendly practices, and cost-value assessments

- Conduct discovery meetings to understand pain points and craft customized service packages. Coordinate with operations for seamless onboarding

- Maintain a pipeline in CRM, track progress, and report monthly to management. Analyze performance metricsconversion rates, revenue contribution, churn rates

- Act as liaison for client feedback, ensuring SLA adherence across all service lines. Identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities like adding pest control or housekeeping to a security contract

- Work alongside operations managers to align marketing promises with actual delivery and to adjust messaging based on field feedback .

- Collaborate with outsourcing partners like housekeeping, pest control, and security vendors to co-create joint offerings or promotional campaigns

- Generate marketing and sales reportslead volume, closure rate, campaign ROI. Use insights to refine strategies .

- Regularly monitor industry trends (., new security tech, green pest control solutions, automated housekeeping), adjust campaigns and offerings accordingly .

- Plan and execute SEO-optimized website content, email campaigns, social media posts, brochures, and trade-show collateral tailored to facility management audiences.

- Organize demos or workshops for facility managers, attend industry exhibitions, and foster networking in sectors like realestate, hospitality, and corporate campuses.

- Highlight the companys compliance with standards, SLAs, and certifications (., ISO, safety norms, eco-friendly pest solutions) in all collateral to build trust .

- Collect feedback from clients and operations; refine messaging, troubleshoot issues, and update promotional materials to reflect improved service quality.
