As an Influencer Manager at EMIAC Technologies, you will be at the forefront of our marketing and branding efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers who align with our brand's values and can help us amplify our message. We are looking for an individual who is not only passionate about influencer marketing but also understands the dynamics of the grooming and lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Outreach:

Identify and research potential influencers who resonate with our brand and target audience.

Establish and nurture relationships with influencers across various social media platforms.

Campaign Management:

Develop influencer marketing campaigns and strategies in alignment with our brand's objectives.

Coordinate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that showcases our products and brand lifestyle.

Negotiation and Contracts:

Negotiate terms, agreements, and contracts with influencers, ensuring clarity on deliverables, compensation, and expectations.

Content Quality Control:

Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and standards.

Provide feedback and creative direction to enhance content quality.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, measuring KPIs and ROI.

Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Compliance and Ethics:

Ensure that influencer partnerships adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards.

Uphold the integrity and authenticity of the brand.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports and presentations on influencer marketing performance for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience in influencer marketing and management.

Preference to candidates with experience in grooming/beauty/lifestyle domain.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trends.

Excellent negotiation skills.
