requirement
• bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a business intelligence capacity or with strong direct alignment to marketing and field sales teams.
• strong analytical skills, including basic understanding of sql.
• a track record of storytelling with data and presenting data in consumable formats.
• the ability to collaborate closely with departmental leaders to drive improvements in email marketing, advertising, events, etc.
• the drive and initiative to become the expert on data availability, accuracy, and insights by creating and institutionalizing best-practice reports and dashboards.
• experience with campaign measurement, reporting, and tracking of full-funnel marketing metrics.
• experience providing recommendations to stakeholders on program and campaign investments base
