Sales & Project Executive (Trade Finance Solutions, Logistics Industry)

Responsible for business development activities which include sourcing and securing trade finance solutions with existing clients/consignees to onboarding and managing the aftersales queries, if any.

Provide support to both Reporting Head (Singapore Headquarters) and Head (India) on the process of onboarding clients/consignees via phone calls, emails, and office visits.

Assist in the collection of data and documents from relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Analyse and prepare reports with the raw data collected to identify the lapses and propose strategic solutions to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Follow up with the clients/consignees proactively and transform potential opportunities into successful closure of sales for the freight services of Legend Group.

Keep track and analyse latest market intelligence in fintech, logistics and related industries to execute more effective consultative selling, cross-selling and up-selling strategies.

Prepare and submit operational reports on activities performed in India office supporting Head (India) to Reporting Head (Singapore Headquarters).

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Head (Singapore Headquarters) and Head (India).
