This full-time role, located in Chakan Pune, requires a graduate male candidate who is ready to lead our quality assurance efforts y Responsibilities:nn- Quality Assurance Leadership: You will oversee the QA team, guiding them in creating and implementing comprehensive quality assurance strategies to ensure our products meet all required n- Process Improvement: You will identify areas for improvement in our quality processes and work towards making necessary adjustments for enhanced productivity and - Team Development: It is your responsibility to mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the QA - Collaboration: You will work closely with other departments, such as production and development, to address quality issues promptly and implement solutions quired Skills and Expectations:nnThe ideal candidate must have a strong background in quality assurance along with excellent leadership and communication skills. You should be detail-oriented, with a keen ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions. Proficiency in relevant QA methodologies and tools is essential for success in this role.
