responsibilities:

• new product development: development of new product development, ensuring they meet customer requirements, industry standards and regulatory compliance.

• formulation development: design, develop and optimize paint formulations to improve performance, cost and sustainability. make standard formulation recipe of product.

• testing and evaluation: plan, execute, and analyze laboratory and field tests to evaluate paint performance, durability and compliance with industry standards.

• market analysis (product related analysis. product demand, product study)

• to ensure the product meets the customer's standard requirements and product approval from customer

• production support: collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth production, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.

• quality control: develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality.

• technical support: provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.

• bachelor’s or master's degree in paints, chemical, polymer

• 6+ years experience in r&d, formulation development, or a related field in the paint or coatings (protective coating, epoxy coating) industry.

• strong knowledge of paint formulation, polymer chemistry, and coatings technology. proficiency in laboratory techniques, testing methods and analytical instruments.

• excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, ability to work in fast paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• proficient in ms office
