Role Overview

We are looking for an execution-focused IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives across LockedIn AI.

You will manage AI feature releases, infrastructure upgrades, security programs, system integrations, and operational improvements across teams serving over 1 million users.

This is a high-ownership role where you ensure projects are delivered on time, risks are managed early, and teams stay aligned in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables

Build detailed project plans and execution roadmaps

Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery

Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

Cross-Team Coordination

Work with engineering, AI, product, and security teams

Align stakeholders on priorities and deadlines

Provide clear status updates to leadership

Risk & Issue Management

Identify project risks early and create mitigation plans

Manage scope changes and prevent project delays

Track dependencies and resolve blockers quickly

AI & Engineering Project Delivery

Manage AI model deployment and feature rollout projects

Oversee infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD initiatives

Support security and compliance programs (SOC 2, etc.)

Process & Tools

Use tools like Jira, Linear, Asana, or Notion

Maintain project dashboards and reporting systems

Improve internal project management processes

Required Qualifications

3+ years experience in IT Project Management or Technical Program Management

Experience managing cross-functional engineering projects

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Familiarity with cloud, DevOps, or AI/ML systems

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing AI/ML or infrastructure projects

Background in SOC 2, security, or compliance projects

Experience in startup or high-growth environments

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with SaaS or B2C tech products
