Hiring For Manager Electrical & Automation

We are seeking a Manager Electrical with 5 to 6 years of experience to oversee our electrical projects in Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and management skills to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Plan and execute electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will coordinate with different teams to meet project goals.

2. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and development.

3. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards for electrical installations. You will conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

4. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Oversee the diagnosis and resolution of electrical issues. Your role will include developing maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth operation of systems.

5. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on project status.
