Job Description: Management Representative

Location: Ahmedabad / Bangalore

Job Profile:

?? Coordinating with Certifying Body Representing the management during certification and surveillance audits.

?? Preparing and revising the QMS documents (namely Quality Manual, Quality system procedures and other documentations). Ensuring the compliance of all the functions as per the ASO9100D/ISO9001 standard.

?? Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings

?? Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal Audit, preparing audit reports, Writing Nonconformity reports.

?? Communicating to the Top Management on Quality issues / Non-conformities & Audit reports Measuring & Monitoring the process performance.

An Ideal candidate shall be:

?? Proven working experience as management representative as per the ASO9100D/ISO9001 standard.

?? Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

?? Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports

?? Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.

?? High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

?? Sound independent judgement.

?? Two years of work experience
