We offer a 5-week complete online training programme (25 hours) teaching MYOB, Xero and Australian legislation for shortlisted candidates (valued AUD $1300)

To begin the work with about 10 hours per week

Potentially increase to around 30-40 per week with a solid track record of performance

Appraisal after 9 months with the potential to extend

Key responsibilities areas:

The Offshore Management Accountant is responsible for managing a team of 3-4 staff members

Oversee the payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and day-to-day operation

Monthly/fortnightly reconciliation of Debit Cards & Corporate Cards

Work with the team to ensure all invoices are raised in a timely manner

Perform bank reconciliations

Check, review and monitor cash receipts (sales/collections)

Fact-checking accounting

Workplace confidentiality management

All softwares would be provided

Ideal Candidate

At least 5+ years management experience in a similar role

Experienced management accountant with bookkeeping experience is highly preferred

CPA or CA qualifications preferred but not necessary

Outstanding communicator (75 plus PTE scores)

Must pass a 90-minute remote exam on MYOB and Australian bookkeeping knowledge

Experience in working with Australian clients and lived in Australia are an advantage

Candidates from offshore is a must
