We are seeking a dedicated Malayalam Telecaller to join our team in Anna Nagar. This role requires a female candidate who is fluent in Malayalam and has a passion for engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Calling: Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about products and services, ensuring clear communication and addressing any queries they may have.

- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through conversations, which will help our sales team capture new business opportunities.

- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or renewals.

- Data Entry: Record all call details and customer information into our database accurately to maintain updated records of interactions and outcomes.

- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and services to help improve our offerings and enhance customer experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Fluent in Malayalam, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, fostering a positive relationship.

- Good listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate responses.

- Basic computer skills to handle data entry tasks and use relevant software.

- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in telecalling is a plus, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
