Maintenance Supervisor

*Maintenance on Store Electrical systems (fuse boxes, control panels, light fittings, emergency lighting, lighted signage, etc.).

*Proactive approach in Maintenance system.

*Fire-Fighting installations, CCTV installations and access control.

* Analyze the store complaints in depth and assign the technicians based on the priority.

* Receiving the complaints like Electrical, HVAC from various stores. Segregate and Categorize the issues, solve those issues over the phone call.

* Find out the suitable vendor in remote locations and capable in Negotiating.

* Execute the works as per plan on time.
