Opening For Maintenance Executive

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Executive with 6 to 12 years of experience to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities in Dehradun, India. The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree and be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Preventive Maintenance:** Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and ensure all machinery operates efficiently.

- **Troubleshooting:** Quickly diagnose and resolve issues related to equipment malfunctions or facility repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- **Vendor Coordination:** Liaise with external contractors and suppliers for maintenance services, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.

- **Safety Compliance:** Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations to create a safe working environment.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to monitor the effectiveness of maintenance programs.

Should have exposure of QMS part

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrate a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for coordinating with team members and external partners. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and committed to upholding safety standards. Experience with facility management software and tools will be an advantage. A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is also expected.
